Hey Chels,
Wow it’s almost 3:30am and I’m still not asleep yet.  I was watching your YouTube video and a thought popped into my head.  I know what I’m going to show you when I get home.  Well, maybe not until I empty out the memory card, but still.  I am going to show you my two favorite parks growing up as a kid and also I want to show you me playing the piano.  I still have to do some phone karaoke for you as well.  I have no idea what my town will look like when I get home but I can assure you that I’m going to go nuts… I need to finish all my stuff by the week before Christmas (so you can open this on Christmas day).  I keep thinking of stuff to add and it’s making me really excited that I have so much to show you and so many ideas.  I dunno how I want to show you the Christmas decorations yet… I think it has to be dark for them to show up.  My camera isn’t so good with dark.  So we’ll see.
I am so exhausted.  I could probably sleep if I laid still long enough.  But I just have to write.  I ended up having a really great trip.  I went to the beach, I fought, made love, swam, watched football, did lots of nbs, and just all around relaxed.  I’m really grateful that I could come on this trip.  I did a lot of complaining in the beginning, especially when I couldn’t sleep. But I had plenty of books to read to keep me company, which helped. It wasn’t as hard to pack this time, either.  I thought it was going to be a pain in the butt.  I guess I had less stuff than I thought I had.  Well, I have one more piece of nbs that I hope I can pull off tomorrow.  It would make my trip complete to film soaring in the sky.  Before we discovered Spirit airlines, I used to take two flights through either Cheaptickets.com or Expedia.com.  It sucked because I had to get up at odd hours and I hated boarding more than once.  Also, it would take like 5 hours to get some place instead of only almost 3.  So travelling day would really be a whole day of travelling.  The last time (with the exception of my June flight this year that got cancelled so I had to find something at the last minute) I got stuck in Atlanta, Ga.  I had 10 minutes to get from one side of the airport to the other.  I didn’t want to take the stupid tram, but it probably wouldn’t have mattered, anyway.  I got there right after my flight left.  I was so upset I just started bawling right there at the terminal.  After standing in line for 2 hours, I got told that I couldn’t go home because every flight to o’hare and midway were booked so I’d have to stay in Atlanta overnight.  I asked if I could get a flight back to Ft Lauderdale and the lady said, “sure.”  So, that’s what happened.  I ended up being able to stay an extra night and day, but having to say goodbye twice in one week really blew.  So… with the exception of a cancelled flight and the occasional delayed flight, this is really the best airline, at least the most affordable.  It’s funny, but whenever I see air tran, I always think of that horrible flight you and David had on the way down here in 2006.  That was a huge clusterfuck of a day… I just keep thinking of that phone call I got at like 6am (I think).  But I was so happy to finally see you.  You and David met up with Brian and me at the Walmart by the apartment.  I really miss that apartment.  What’s funny is I always associate that mango grapefruit bodywash with that day on the beach.  That was the best day ever… I got so many good pictures in.  I never use that camera anymore, not since I got my digital one.  But I can’t bear myself to get rid of it… I had so many good memories with that camera.  Alright, before this gets any longer, I should really try and sleep, at least a little bit.  I love you and I really hope the next time I’m here I get to see you.  It will be right after you opened your Christmas present, too. Ooooh I didn’t even think about that!

Love,
me
