Part Three.

Hey,
I thought I’d start my health log this way. I may do a different set up next time but this works for now. I plan on taking pictures at the end of each week to show any progress. That will be on the back of every weekly log page.
*foods for the day
*drinks
*sweets or no?
*medication
*exercise
My goal is to: drink only water but I’ll allow myself unsweetened, decaf iced tea.
Drop carbs
Drop sugar (except where unavoidable)
boost metabolism
eat less
Since aggressive exercise will cause cortisol I plan to:
walk every day
do 25-50 sit ups a day
use treadmill when at Brian’s
This won’t be complete this nb but I’ll try to pickup in the next one. :)
