Wow, it's only been like 4 days since I've written in here, dunno why but it feels like forever, probably because I've been sick.
Anywho, so it's Monday and Barry can finally sleep for a while. He was up all night fixing the phone systems for this new company. So, here is the story from what I understand it. Barry is taking this new medication that helps him with pain but has some strange side effects. {yes, it's called heroin.} With that being said, I'm guessing it was a moment of craziness from being way too fucking tired and being paranoid that spawned this idea. So, last night when I was there he explained that it wasn't just George being an asshole, he was just as guilty. And he put too much into that company to just up and leave it. But today he told me that he was thinking of working for EJ (his client) anyway but still doing whatever random things George and Dan need him to do. But first he needs to make sure he gets paid an adequate amount for the work he's already done with Protechs and then probably talk numbers with EJ. Lol, I think I explained all of that right. That's the short version, anyways. I'm glad that he is at least thinking more clearly than before -- it was really worrying me that he was doing all of this work and not getting any sleep or any appreciation or anything. But now I understand the situation better so I'm glad that he is going to take that big job after all. I'm just proud of him that he didn't take it in a moment of craziness, he actually thought things through and I think he feels a lot better knowing it's an option. Plus now George and Dan don't have to worry about paying him enough to keep him from walking because he doesn't have to walk.
Okay--with all that out of the way, now I can finally move on to other things. I am not sure but I don't think I'll be done with this by Labor Day. And I dunno if you will be, either. Which is perfectly fine, it will get done when it gets done. I kind of wanted to be done at the same time, though so whenever you are done or being close to done, I can always find stuff to fill this up. So, we will be done at the same time no matter what. Although, I should get all my nbs together so I know where everything is. Meh.
Anywho, I am off for now.
