Chels: I think this is about K-Fed.  She fell in love and did all these great things for him despite people warning her.  And he used her and so, now she's ready to move on and stop wallowing in the hurt.
Bo Bita: It's obvious that this song is about her and K-fed's relationship, what she went through with him, why it ended.  She's not calling him a bastard or anything like that, just saying it's over and it's time she's moved on.  She also doesn't know if she should try and get revenge on him or just be sad.  But it's a clear message.
