9/26/10

9-26-10
6:18pm

Ah… so yesterday I was feeling nostalgic for Grant.  Not so much like, wanting to be with him, but talking to him.  I think it’s because a coworker mentioned seeing him.  I don’t know, I’m fighting on texting him.  He doesn’t know my new number.  I’ll see how I feel next week?  I hate when I’m indecisive over people. So, today was nice.  I went out in the boat with Dad and Tobi.  I got frustrated because I didn’t get pictures I wanted cause Dad would slow down.  =(.  Peanut Island was so much fun.  I was going to go to Bru’s Room with Nicole and Justine but when I got home they had moved to Lantana Ale and they were going to Brogues after so I stayed home.  I hate that people think I just told “all my friends to fuck off” but I guess in a way I did.  I don’t know, I’m tired of always feeling like I have to explain myself. I’m always “wrong” so I’m at the point where it’s like “think whatever you want, you will anyway.”  But I’m kind of disappointed I didn’t get to hit up Bru’s room.  I stayed in all week so I was kind of in the mood to do stuff.  Oh well, no use being sour grapes over it.  It is what it is I guess.  I’m going to just do NBS.  Now that the dream website works again, I’ll get on it.  Yays.  (Oh, I also texted my friend Amanda--the flakey one--she said she’s moving back here in October!)

More Dreams
------------------
The parts I remember… I was walking through this neighborhood taking pictures and this guy shows up.  He is tall, skinny, and has black shoulder length curly hair.  At first he tells me he’s a cop but for some reason I know he’s joking.  Then it gets weird.  I end up in this house where there are these sisters.  One is like 12 and the other one looks like Katherine Heigl. They have to hide their ages so the boys won’t know how old they are and there is this other guy who is blonde and very cute.  He rescues the little sister from this monster thing that lives in the bathroom. It’s like a huge raccoon or something.  Me and the blonde cute guy were trying to make out but we were always getting interrupted.  Then I find out that he and the other guy weren’t cops, they were painters for this huge house I was living in.  I remember being on the roof and I texted my friend Jen and I told her I was going to tell this guy that I was a virgin.  So then we do a whole bunch of flirting and we end up in bed and we’re making out when I try to tell him the truth and we get interrupted.  Again.

*I feel like this dream is sort of all over the face (ok I meant place.  Wow self, wtf).  So it seems in one sense you are trying to capture moments from your past but maybe you know it’s pointless.  You are distrustful about certain people.  There may be a part of yourself you find repulsive and ugly and you are trying to keep it locked up to protect others or maybe you feel someone else is, but you want to let it out and relieve it because you are who you are.  I wonder if the huge house in your dream is how you are feeling about your soul.  The fact that these guys are painters for the house could point to direction of some kind.  The roof and you standing on it also points to success--maybe in your friendships.  You have a strong need for intimacy though.  Making out is a desire to seek and intimate relationship with someone, but since you keep getting interrupted, you are either not feeling comfortable with that situation or something keeps you sidetracked.*

Blagh, I don’t know.  I mean I put the actual meanings in here for you because I could be way off and you may pick up on it right away. Ya know?  I will say this--someone once told me that a dream is just a dream.  Well, sometimes they said.  I think most of them have truth though! So anyway, I’ll do mine tomorrow.  It’s almost 3 am!

Love you,
Night.
