My meaning: This song reminds me of... Angie!!!  She met her now fiance Trisha online, and they had msn names that said, "you see all my light" and "you love my dark."  While I was still with my ex, I was home one day (before I moved out of my parent's house in February 2003) and Angie was telling me how she was slowly but surely moving all her stuff out.  She actually moved to Madrid to be with her girlfriend and they're still together to this day.

Chels's meaning: To me she's saying that all her flaws she hates so much are things her lover loves about her.  That despite all her flaws, they're still there.
